Tanggung Jawab
- Execute procurement activities based on project requirements, ensuring all materials meet quality and quantity specifications.
- Manage the end-to-end purchase order process, from initial request to delivery verification.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers to ensure preferred pricing and reliable lead times.
- Monitor and track supplier performance, proactively addressing any supply chain bottlenecks or delivery delays.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including production and engineering, to align procurement with project timelines.
- Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve inventory turnover.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation in the ERP system.
- Support the procurement team in administrative tasks and monthly reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP/MRP software.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a focus on cost-effectiveness.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detailed oriented with a structured approach to record-keeping and data management.
