Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the entire purchasing cycle, from receiving requisitions to order placement and final delivery.
- Source, evaluate, and select new suppliers to ensure high-quality materials and competitive pricing.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors to secure favorable contracts and improve cost efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate closely with production teams to prevent stockouts and material shortages.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchase orders, invoices, and supplier communications.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations regarding procurement.
- Resolve any supply chain disruptions or delays promptly to minimize impact on production schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the manufacturing or retail sector.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory control, and procurement software.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
