Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of purchasing staff to ensure efficient workflow and high operational standards.
- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers to maximize cost savings and quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate closely with logistics to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to recommend process improvements and strategic sourcing options.
- Prepare, review, and approve purchase orders and related documentation accurately and on time.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management within the manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in vendor negotiation, contract management, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
