Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for retail and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Coordinate effectively with suppliers to maintain quality standards, negotiate favorable terms, and resolve any supply chain issues.
- Process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and efficiently, tracking them through to final delivery.
- Monitor delivery schedules and inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Conduct market research to identify new vendors and competitive pricing opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and retail teams to forecast material requirements for upcoming campaigns and product launches.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a buyer or procurement role, preferably within the retail or consumer products industry.
- Strong understanding of retail and marketing product requirements and procurement cycles.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with vendors.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, MS Office Suite, and procurement software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare accurate reports.
