Pos Plastik is a rapidly growing plastic distributor operating across several regions in Java. We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our expanding team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening our market presence in East Java and Central Java.
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients and distributors, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting aggressive sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients and distributors to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities in the plastic distribution sector.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, including customer records and order status.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any delivery-related issues.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support and address any customer inquiries or complaints promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region to visit clients and distributors.
- Valid driving license is strongly preferred.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and self-motivation.
