Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize product assortment
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers across Indonesia
- Develop and manage purchasing budgets aligned with sales targets
- Monitor inventory levels and implement stock replenishment strategies
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaign planning
- Evaluate supplier performance and build strategic partnerships
- Lead cross-functional projects for new product launches
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years of retail buying experience in FMCG or fashion
- Expert negotiation skills with proven supplier relationships
- Advanced proficiency in inventory management systems
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation expertise
- Knowledge of Indonesian retail market dynamics
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with business English capability
