Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Head of Buyer in developing and executing sourcing strategies for imported fruits
- Identify and evaluate new international suppliers through market research and supplier audits
- Conduct initial negotiations with foreign suppliers regarding pricing, quality standards, and delivery terms
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics to ensure compliance with contractual agreements
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize import processes and ensure timely delivery
- Analyze market trends, pricing fluctuations, and competitor activities to inform procurement decisions
- Maintain accurate supplier databases and procurement documentation
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure product specifications are met
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement or sourcing experience in fruit/agriculture import
- Fluent Mandarin language skills (written and spoken) for supplier negotiations
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure favorable supplier terms
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics
- Proficiency in procurement software and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
