Are you a detail-oriented HR professional with a passion for data-driven reward strategies? Jiwa Group, a rapidly expanding leader in the F&B industry, is looking for a Compensation & Benefit (C&B) Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Jakarta Barat.

In this pivotal role, you will be the architect behind our total rewards ecosystem. You will play a crucial role in shaping competitive pay structures, managing complex benefits programs, and ensuring our compensation strategy remains both legally compliant and attractive enough to retain top talent in the competitive coffee enterprise market. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, implement, and maintain competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with market standards.
  • Perform comprehensive salary benchmarking and analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Manage the end-to-end payroll administration process, ensuring high levels of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee health insurance, pension funds, and other employee welfare programs.
  • Administer performance-based incentive schemes and bonus structures.
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws, government regulations, and taxation requirements regarding payroll and benefits.
  • Conduct periodic audits of C&B data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations.
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU Cipta Kerja) and tax regulations (PPh 21).
  • Experience with HRIS or automated payroll management software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive/confidential employee data.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex benefit structures to employees at all levels.
