Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with market standards.
- Perform comprehensive salary benchmarking and analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Manage the end-to-end payroll administration process, ensuring high levels of accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee health insurance, pension funds, and other employee welfare programs.
- Administer performance-based incentive schemes and bonus structures.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws, government regulations, and taxation requirements regarding payroll and benefits.
- Conduct periodic audits of C&B data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU Cipta Kerja) and tax regulations (PPh 21).
- Experience with HRIS or automated payroll management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive/confidential employee data.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex benefit structures to employees at all levels.
