Based in the vibrant hub of Badung, Bali, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our audience while driving tangible business growth.
In this pivotal position, you will define the strategic vision that distinguishes our cacao products in a competitive market. Your day-to-day will involve conducting deep market research to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences, translating these insights into actionable marketing strategies. You will lead the charge in building a loyal and engaged community, organizing exclusive tasting events and digital forums that foster a deep connection between our customers and the cacao lifestyle. Additionally, you will manage the creative operations workflow, ensuring that all brand assetsāfrom packaging design to social media contentāmaintain the highest standards of quality and consistency. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will continuously optimize our marketing channels to maximize ROI and brand awareness.

- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to elevate the Cacao brand's market position.
- Lead community management initiatives, fostering engagement and loyalty among cacao enthusiasts.
- Oversee creative operations, managing relationships with external agencies and freelancers.
- Design and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to drive data-informed growth decisions.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure brand consistency in packaging and storytelling.
- Organize and manage brand events, tastings, and community gatherings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of the food & beverage, FMCG, or luxury goods industry.
- Proven experience in community building and digital community management.
- Excellent command of English (both written and verbal) with strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage creative agencies and creative operations workflows.
- Strategic mindset with a strong focus on ROI and performance marketing.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment in Badung, Bali.
