Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily cafe operations including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling
- Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control measures
- Train and supervise staff to ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase foot traffic and revenue
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Monitor financial performance and prepare operational reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food service management
- Proven track record of team leadership and staff development
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and budget management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Certification in food safety and hygiene management
- Proficiency in POS systems and cafe management software
