Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise and coordinate daily café operations including staff scheduling and task assignments
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly
  • Train and mentor baristas and service staff on product knowledge, preparation techniques, and customer service standards
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock rotation to prevent shortages and waste

Kualifikasi
