Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily café operations including staff scheduling and task assignments
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly
- Train and mentor baristas and service staff on product knowledge, preparation techniques, and customer service standards
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock rotation to prevent shortages and waste
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the café premises
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and foster team cohesion
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance and customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in café or restaurant supervision/management role (minimum 2 years)
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and café operations
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate teams
- Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during peak hours
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems and inventory management
- Flexible working schedule including weekends and holidays as required
