Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selection
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently to process customer transactions
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving stock, monitoring inventory levels, and ordering supplies as needed
- Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Prepare and display cakes and other baked goods according to company standards
- Handle customer orders, including custom cake orders, with attention to detail
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth daily operations
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or food service is a plus
- Previous experience in retail or food service preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Positive attitude and passion for providing excellent customer service
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as needed
