Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate product or service information.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing efficient and effective support.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our internal CRM systems.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards and call handling protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify trends and improve service delivery.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- At least 6 months of previous experience in a BPO or call center environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient with computer systems and navigating multiple software applications.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays as required by business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college level/degree is a plus).
- Strong sense of reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
