Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM software.
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics, including Average Handle Time (AHT) and Quality Assurance (QA) scores.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Adhere to company policies and data privacy regulations at all times.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 6 months of BPO or relevant customer service experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and keyboard navigation.
  • Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be based in Davao City or willing to commute to the site.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and empathetic attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
