Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM software.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics, including Average Handle Time (AHT) and Quality Assurance (QA) scores.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Adhere to company policies and data privacy regulations at all times.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information.
Kualifikasi
- At least 6 months of BPO or relevant customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and keyboard navigation.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be based in Davao City or willing to commute to the site.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and empathetic attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
