ConstantiKnow Inc is looking for enthusiastic Call Center Agents to join our growing team in the vibrant Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering outstanding service and resolving inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Your base salary ranges from ₱20,000 to ₱30,000 per month, and our performance‑based bonus program means you can earn even more! Salary depends on your BPO experience—but that’s just the start! Tanggung Jawab
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with product inquiries, service requests, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Resolve complaints efficiently, following company policies and escalation procedures.
- Meet individual and team KPIs, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching to stay updated on products, systems, and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role (BPO experience preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to handle high call volumes while remaining calm and professional.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
