Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
  • Resolve customer issues, billing queries, and technical support concerns efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide expert assistance.
  • Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics, including AHT, CSAT, and Quality Scores.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify process improvements and share best practices.
  • Adhere to attendance and punctuality standards to ensure optimal service levels for our clients.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college-level education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a BPO or customer service environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Proficiency in navigating computer applications and multi-tasking between software windows.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
