Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate data entry and processing of customer information into internal systems.
- Verify and cross-reference data to ensure 100% accuracy and database integrity.
- Generate and update daily reports and spreadsheets as required by management.
- Assist in the organization and filing of physical and digital documents.
- Respond to basic inquiries via email or ticketing systems within set timeframes.
- Identify and report data discrepancies or system errors promptly.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with company data privacy policies.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate; Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
- Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 30-40 WPM.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily productivity targets.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules and rotational duties.
