Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve high levels of satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Meet personal and customer service team call handling quotas and production targets.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and process customer accounts accurately.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within time limits.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge to handle diverse customer inquiries effectively.

Kualifikasi

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
  • At least a High School Graduate (K-12) or equivalent; college-level candidates are preferred.
  • Previous experience in a BPO or customer service environment is highly advantageous.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations with empathy.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to report to our office location in Alabang, Metro Manila.
