Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues by providing accurate information and effective solutions.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting daily productivity and quality targets.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve overall service workflows.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, services, and company policies.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Educational background: High School Graduate, Senior High School, or College Level/Graduate.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, onsite work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, patient attitude.
  • Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays as needed.
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer-facing role is a plus, but not required (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!).
