Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently by following established protocols and problem-solving techniques.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering a positive and empathetic experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our internal CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to meet or exceed monthly performance targets.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Open to high school graduates, senior high school graduates, and college undergraduates or graduates.
- No BPO experience required; we offer paid training for all new hires.
- Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating web-based applications.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced team environment.
