Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Process customer orders, returns, or service requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to improve overall service standards.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Kualifikasi
- Must be willing to work onsite in Pasay City, Metro Manila.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM software.
