Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the company database.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge to provide accurate information and technical support.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet and exceed service level agreements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and escalate complex concerns to management.
  • Adhere to attendance policies and maintain professionalism during every interaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years in college or a Senior High School graduate with relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in an onsite call center environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer-facing role is an advantage.
