Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the company database.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to provide accurate information and technical support.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet and exceed service level agreements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and escalate complex concerns to management.
- Adhere to attendance policies and maintain professionalism during every interaction.
Kualifikasi
- Completed at least 2 years in college or a Senior High School graduate with relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in an onsite call center environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in a call center or customer-facing role is an advantage.
