Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Meet individual performance targets for calls handled and customer satisfaction
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors while providing clear communication
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 6 months customer service experience (BPO background is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach
  • Proficiency in computer applications and typing speed of at least 30 WPM
  • Willingness to work in Pasig City with fixed schedule (8-hour shifts)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Can adapt to a rotating shift schedule if required
  • Positive attitude, reliable, and able to work under pressure
