Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and account updates accurately in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance KPIs, including Average Handling Time (AHT) and Quality Scores.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to improve service processes and workflows.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information to clients.
- Maintain a positive, helpful attitude while navigating complex customer service scenarios.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Senior High School diploma or equivalent education.
- Proven experience in a BPO or customer service environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to multitask using multiple software applications.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- A positive mindset with a strong desire to earn more through performance incentives.
