Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate, timely solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and empathy.
- Document all interactions clearly and accurately in the company CRM system.
- Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, including AHT, CSAT, and quality scores.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to share best practices and improve service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies and industry compliance standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service environment (highly preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- A proactive mindset with a strong focus on hitting performance targets.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to work on-site at our Clark Freeport Zone location.
