Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate, timely solutions.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and empathy.
  • Document all interactions clearly and accurately in the company CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, including AHT, CSAT, and quality scores.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to share best practices and improve service delivery.
  • Adhere to company policies and industry compliance standards at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service environment (highly preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong focus on hitting performance targets.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to work on-site at our Clark Freeport Zone location.
