Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently
- Document interactions and maintain accurate client records
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call handling time, CSAT scores)
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery
- Adhere to company policies and confidentiality protocols
- Continuously update product knowledge and service standards
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate; college education preferred
- 6+ months BPO/call center experience required
- Fluent in English with clear communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in computer systems and CRM software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Willingness to undergo background checks
