Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing efficient and personalized support.
  • Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in our internal CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics, including Average Handle Time (AHT) and Quality Assurance scores.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to ensure consistent service delivery.

Kualifikasi

  • Educational attainment: At least Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2 years in college.
  • Previous experience in a BPO or call center environment is highly preferred but not required for exceptional communicators.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations with composure.
  • Technologically savvy with proficiency in using Windows-based applications and CRM software.
  • Must be willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
