Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and promptly.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Document call details and update customer accounts in CRM systems.
  • Meet key performance indicators like call quality, handle time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to enhance service delivery.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 6 months of BPO or call center experience is preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging interactions.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
  • High school graduate; college degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu City.
