Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide accurate, effective solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and availability to assist customers with their purchase decisions.
  • Follow established communication procedures and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service performance.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Previous experience in a Call Center, Customer Service, or Retail environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong computer literacy and typing skills (familiarity with MS Office and CRM software).
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customer concerns.
  • Patience, resilience, and the ability to work in a rotating shift schedule.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
