Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with patience and empathy.
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system accurately.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and transaction processing.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent educational background.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center is a plus but not mandatory.
- Available to work on a contract basis.
