Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle high-volume customer inquiries via chat, email, and digital platforms with exceptional written communication
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy

  • Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best practices

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 6 months of BPO experience (non-voice preferred)
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling
  • Proficient in using CRM software and digital communication tools
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates preferred)
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
