Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high-volume customer inquiries via chat, email, and ticketing systems with speed and accuracy.
  • Provide clear, concise, and professional written responses to customer concerns.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues on the first contact.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly within the CRM software.
  • Meet or exceed daily production and quality assurance targets.
  • Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and share best practices.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and internal policies to ensure consistent service delivery.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven BPO experience is highly preferred; fresh graduates with strong written communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent command of the English language (written grammar, punctuation, and syntax).
  • Strong typing speed and proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications simultaneously.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a non-voice environment.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Alabang, Metro Manila.
