Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via chat, email, and ticketing systems with speed and accuracy.
- Provide clear, concise, and professional written responses to customer concerns.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues on the first contact.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly within the CRM software.
- Meet or exceed daily production and quality assurance targets.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and share best practices.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and internal policies to ensure consistent service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Proven BPO experience is highly preferred; fresh graduates with strong written communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent command of the English language (written grammar, punctuation, and syntax).
- Strong typing speed and proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications simultaneously.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a non-voice environment.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to work on-site in Alabang, Metro Manila.
