Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues related to telecommunications services
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and billing procedures
- Document all customer interactions and transactions according to company protocols
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency

Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or college undergraduate; Call Center Education (CCE) background preferred
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino
