Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding banking products, accounts, and service enquiries.
  • Provide accurate information on account balances, transactions, and general banking procedures.
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Update customer records and account details in the CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Follow call scripts and guidelines while maintaining a personal, empathetic, and customer-centric touch.
  • Assist in cross-selling relevant banking products to meet sales targets and customer needs.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and follow up on unresolved issues.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly, and professional tone.
  • Basic understanding of banking products, accounts, and financial services is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts, specifically including the AM shift schedule.
  • Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and MS Office applications.
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
