Are you a strategic marketing powerhouse with a passion for influencer marketing and brand storytelling? Transcosmos is seeking an experienced Campaign and KOL Lead to drive our marketing initiatives to the next level. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect behind our end-to-end campaign strategies, specifically focused on positioning our brand as the ultimate authority for culinary inspiration.

You will lead the orchestration of multi-channel campaigns, bridging the gap between high-level brand strategy and day-to-day execution. From identifying the right talent to managing high-impact creative production, you will ensure every touchpoint resonates with our target audience. We are looking for a data-driven leader who is not afraid to push creative boundaries and leverage influencer ecosystems to achieve measurable business growth.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive 360-degree marketing campaign strategies that align with brand objectives.
  • Lead the identification, outreach, and relationship management of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign production, from creative briefing and content development to final performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, engagement, reach) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring high-quality output while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, specifically within the cooking and lifestyle content sectors.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years specializing in KOL management and campaign strategy.
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian influencer landscape and social media algorithms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful end-to-end campaigns, preferably in the food/beverage or lifestyle sector.
  • Proven ability to manage complex timelines, cross-functional stakeholders, and creative teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage high-profile talent.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and reporting.
