Shopee is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Campaign Operations Specialist to support our dynamic ShopeeFood Marketing team. You will play a pivotal role in executing our go-to-market strategies, ensuring that high-impact marketing campaigns run smoothly, efficiently, and deliver measurable results. We are seeking a professional who can bridge the gap between creative strategy and data-driven execution, helping us drive increased usage and brand visibility across the platform.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative, product management, and data analytics to ensure alignment. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our marketing campaigns, from initial planning and resource allocation to post-campaign analysis and reporting. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of ShopeeFood marketing campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with creative teams and external agencies to coordinate asset production, including creatives, copy, and media placements.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies in real-time to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Generate comprehensive reports on campaign KPIs, analyzing data to provide actionable insights for future marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment across product, sales, and marketing departments.
  • Maintain and update campaign calendars, ensuring all operational activities are tracked and documented.
  • Assist in the planning of go-to-market activities and promotional events to drive user acquisition and retention.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in campaign operations, marketing coordination, or digital marketing support.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and campaign management tools.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written) is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on attention to detail.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms or the food delivery industry is a plus.
