Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end TikTok Local Service campaigns to drive merchant growth and user engagement.
- Conduct deep-dive performance analysis to track ROI, CTR, and conversion metrics, providing actionable insights for campaign improvement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing, trend-aligned content for TikTok ad placements.
- Manage relationships with local merchants to understand their business goals and translate them into successful digital marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with TikTok algorithm updates, advertising tools, and local market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage budget allocation across multiple campaigns, ensuring optimal spending efficiency and maximum reach.
- Develop and present detailed campaign reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for future growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically with TikTok Ads or influencer marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok's platform ecosystem, ad formats, and creator tools.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools and campaign management dashboards.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with the ability to identify trending topics and adapt them into effective marketing strategies.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with strong copywriting capabilities.
