IntouchCX is a global leader in customer experience, seeking a detail-oriented Canadian Payroll Administrator to support our finance operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our Canadian-based team members. You will ensure full compliance with Canadian federal and provincial tax regulations, including the preparation and distribution of T4 slips and other necessary documentation.
As a Payroll Administrator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, ensuring employee questions are resolved promptly. Tanggung Jawab
- Process weekly and monthly payroll for Canadian employees using ADP or similar software.
- Ensure strict adherence to Canadian Revenue Agency (CRA) guidelines and payroll legislation.
- Calculate and remit all statutory deductions, including CPP, EI, and income tax.
- Prepare and issue T4 slips, T4As, and ROEs accurately and on time.
- Manage and respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, registers, and files for audit purposes.
- Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to update compensation structures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Canadian Payroll processing.
- Strong working knowledge of Canadian payroll compliance, tax laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, or QuickBooks.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Relevant accounting or finance certification is a plus.
