As a remote-first company, your work will directly impact our global recruitment strategy, ensuring that every interaction a potential candidate has with us is seamless, professional, and engaging.

In this role, you will own the candidate experience from the initial application through to the offer and onboarding handoff. You will be the voice of our People Team, managing complex communication flows, providing timely feedback, and ensuring that candidates feel valued and informed throughout the hiring process. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role needs while acting as a critical gatekeeper for our talent pipeline. Tanggung Jawab

  • Own the end-to-end candidate communication strategy, ensuring timely, empathetic, and personalized responses to all applicants.
  • Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gather feedback, schedule interviews, and provide transparent updates to candidates.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and candidate feedback to identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and recommend process improvements.
  • Conduct phone screens and coordinate interview logistics for multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Develop and update recruitment materials, including job descriptions and interview guides, to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Advocate for a diverse and inclusive hiring culture during every stage of the candidate journey.

Kualifikasi

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, HR Operations, or a similar HR support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Strong empathy and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, or similar software.
  • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on process improvement and candidate satisfaction.
