Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries in Cantonese and English via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complex customer issues using systematic troubleshooting methodologies
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated customer concerns
- Meet key performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Proactively identify service improvement opportunities and implement solutions
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer concerns are fully resolved
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Cantonese (verbal and written) is mandatory
- Proficiency in English with strong communication skills
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Positive attitude with resilience in high-pressure situations

- Available to work flexible shifts including weekends
