In this key role, you will serve as the face of our company, engaging with potential merchants to drive business acquisition and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for every partner.
As a Canvasser, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of merchant partnerships. This involves conducting market research, verifying business legality, and inputting critical data into our systems. You will work closely with internal teams to activate accounts and resolve any operational issues or customer complaints efficiently. This position is perfect for self-starters who possess strong communication skills and are eager to thrive in a competitive, professional environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research to identify potential merchant partners in the Malang area.
- Execute the full merchant acquisition process, from initial contact to contract signing.
- Verify business legality and ensure all required documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Input and maintain high-quality data regarding merchants and partners in the internal database.
- Activate merchant accounts and provide necessary orientation to new partners.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments to resolve operational issues.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely, professional after-sales service.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of High School Diploma (SMK) or D3/S1 degree in any field.
- Valid SIM A driving license and willingness to travel within the city.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in data entry and MS Office.
- Energetic, goal-oriented, and resilient personality.
- Willingness to work full-time, including weekends if required.
