Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales training or capability development
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with proven ability to engage diverse audiences
- Experience designing curriculum and training materials for commercial teams
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and performance measurement techniques
- Proficiency in learning management systems and training technologies
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
