- Analyze historical and real-time data to forecast capacity requirements across BPO operations
- Develop and maintain capacity models aligned with business growth targets and client SLAs
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and HR teams to optimize resource allocation
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify capacity optimization opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive capacity reports and recommendations for senior leadership
- Implement capacity planning strategies to support new client acquisitions and service expansions
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging capacity management technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in capacity planning, operations management, or BPO analytics
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI platforms) and forecasting methodologies
- Strong understanding of BPO operations, workforce management, and SLA requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
