Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive market research and financial analysis on industrial and logistics properties.
- Prepare high-quality pitch decks, investment memos, and valuation reports for institutional clients.
- Maintain and update proprietary databases regarding transaction comparables, land supply, and rental yields.
- Collaborate with the brokerage and leasing teams to identify potential acquisition and disposition opportunities.
- Monitor and report on macroeconomic trends influencing the Indonesian logistics and supply chain real estate sector.
- Support the execution of sales and leasing mandates through meticulous document preparation and process management.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to provide real-time market data support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related business discipline.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in real estate consulting, investment analysis, or logistics strategy.
- Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with Argus or similar tools is a plus.
- Deep understanding of the Jakarta/Indonesian industrial real estate landscape.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
- Proactive team player with an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities.
