We are seeking a dynamic Captain Store to lead our retail operations in Kota Jambi. As a key leader in our consumer products division, you will be responsible for driving store performance, optimizing daily operations, and cultivating a high-performance team culture. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets and operational KPIs
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service
- Implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with operational standards
- Monitor staff performance through regular coaching and development initiatives
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Ensure store presentation meets brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards
- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations to ensure satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or team leadership roles
- Strong understanding of consumer products and retail operations
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve performance targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse teams
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Basic financial literacy for budget monitoring and reporting
