- Supervise and mentor a team of telesales representatives specializing in car insurance products
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports to senior management
- Identify and resolve issues affecting team productivity and morale
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years experience as Supervisor in Telesales, specifically in Car Insurance
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Good knowledge of car insurance products and industry regulations
- Highly motivated and disciplined work ethic
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
