Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of telesales agents to ensure daily and monthly sales targets are met.
- Monitor call quality and provide constructive feedback to improve conversion rates.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies specifically tailored for car insurance products.
- Analyze team performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members regarding product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Maintain a high level of team discipline and adherence to company compliance standards.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complex sales objections effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telesales Supervisor, preferably in the car insurance or general insurance sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Highly disciplined with a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales KPIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to team management.
- Excellent understanding of the Indonesian insurance market and consumer behavior.
