Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and supervise daily car park operations to ensure optimal functionality and safety
- Conduct regular inspections of parking equipment, barriers, signage, and lighting systems
- Coordinate maintenance repairs and troubleshoot operational issues promptly
- Manage traffic flow and enforce parking regulations effectively
- Provide excellent customer service for parking inquiries and complaints
- Prepare daily operational reports and incident documentation
- Collaborate with security and mall management teams
- Train and guide junior staff on parking protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant facility management certification preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in supervisory or operational roles
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of parking systems and equipment maintenance
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Valid Malaysian driver's license
- Proficient in basic computer applications for reporting
