We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about healthcare and possess a strong customer service orientation. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and the assistance they need. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional patient engagement services, providing accurate wayfinding guidance, and assisting with conveyancing inquiries. By fostering a supportive and welcoming environment, you will significantly enhance the overall patient journey at one of Singapore's premier medical institutions.

- Provide high-quality patient engagement services to ensure a positive hospital experience.
- Assist patients and visitors with wayfinding and navigation within the hospital premises.
- Deliver clear and accurate information regarding hospital facilities, departments, and services.
- Manage incoming inquiries and provide assistance with conveyancing and administrative details.
- Support hospital operations by managing service counters and visitor check-ins.
- Handle patient feedback and complaints with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the nursing and administrative teams to streamline patient flow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' levels or equivalent qualification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or healthcare support is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic hospital environment.
- Fluency in English and basic proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
