Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate patient care plans and ensure timely scheduling of medical appointments and services.
- Act as a bridge between patients, healthcare professionals, and community support organizations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and administrative documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Assist in the execution of health promotion initiatives and community wellness programs.
- Handle patient inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Monitor patient progress and provide regular updates to the clinical team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Streamline internal administrative processes to improve overall clinic or department operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Social Work, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a healthcare coordination, patient services, or administrative role is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic healthcare information management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
